Is it really March?


Spring? Come again? Hard to believe 2018 has already seen three months. Ok perhaps more like 2-ish…February is weird. So far 2018 has been dynamic yet calm, joyful and devasting, and settling yet adrenaline heavy. More on that later…

For now, I’d like to just pay homage to this plate full of deelicious nourishment. Breakfast is without a doubt my favorite kind of food. I could eat “breakfast” for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please and thank you. I lean on the savory side of things most days but also love the opportunity to throw some fresh fruit on my plate. This doesn’t look like much, no super complicated recipe, just a few of my favorite things on one plate. For myself, by- myself. Bliss ya’ll!
